Praise Factory is an annual gospel praise gathering hosted in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, convened by the Love and Light Music Crew. This website is operated on behalf of Praise Factory.

When you register for Praise Factory 2026, we collect:
- Your full name, phone number, and email address
- Your age range
- Your church or ministry affiliation (optional)
- Your area of residence in Port Harcourt (optional, used for free bus routing)
- How you heard about the event
- Whether you plan to attend and your expected party size
- Whether you need the free bus service and your preferred pickup location
- Whether you wish to volunteer, your preferred units, any prior experience, and your availability for pre-event meetings
- Your preferred contact method
- Your consent to be contacted
We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Plan event logistics, including seating, transportation, and volunteer coordination
- Send you a confirmation of your registration
- Contact you with updates about Praise Factory 2026
- Share your volunteer preferences with the relevant unit coordinators at Praise Factory
We do not use your information for any other purpose without your consent.
Who we share your information with

We share your information only within the Praise Factory volunteer and coordination team, strictly for the purposes described above.
Our website is built on Lovable and hosted via Vercel. Our database is provided by Supabase. These services process your data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
How long we keep your information
We retain registration data for twelve months after the event. After that period, we delete personal information from our records unless you have consented to further contact regarding future editions of Praise Factory.
